The perfect place to unwind and relax
Our CL caravan site in Wiltshire is open from March (weather dependent) to October for Caravan & Motorhome Club members only. CL sites have a maximum capacity of five caravans or motorhomes but we have plenty of space for you to choose an available pitch.
All our caravan pitches offer incredible views across across the farm. In the evening you can sit and watch the sun go down, as you relax in the beautiful and peaceful AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). You might be lucky enough to spot birds of prey such as buzzards and red kites, as well as hares and deer. We have very little light pollution, so the night sky can be breathtaking on a clear night.
Set on a fifth generation working arable farm in the North Wessex Downs, Bayardo Farm CL is nestled alongside Forestry England’s West Woods (known as Bluebell Woods and reported source of the large Stonehenge sarsen stones) and just a short drive from the famous market town of Marlborough. We’ve welcomed CAMC members to the site for over 40 years and our regular guests return year after year to enjoy our quiet location, fantastic walks, beautiful views and wildlife.
From our dog-friendly site, there are plenty of walks and cycling options, with Pewsey Vale and the Kennet & Avon Canal nearby. Avebury, Silbury Hill and the West Kennet Long Barrow are just 6 miles from site; the Roman Villa at Littlecote, Stonehenge, Bath and Bowood House & Gardens near Calne, are all within driving distance. We are the perfect option if you are looking to walk or cycle a section of Britain’s oldest road/trackway, The Ridgeway, which starts at Avebury.
